Actually, my company is going to be launching an online service specifically designed to meet that need. No more keeping track of client information in Excel or a napkin.
It features a member management system which is integrated with online fitness and nutrition logs.

| I have an appointment book that I use. I know it's old-school but it works for me. I work in a very new personal training studio and we don't have the clientell (yet) to need fancy software. |
