I have read that consuming simple carbo's is better than carbo's within the two hours after training. However I have also read that it doesn't matter.
Anyone care to shed some light on this? |

It depends on the individual; from a goals and physiological perspective.
goal: weight loss or gain will dictate type of nutrion post workout
physiological: the more one understands how they best respond to various foods, the better their result
The timing of carbs if far more relevant within 15 minutes post resistance training when the goal is muscle growth.
