In my opinion the ISSA is the best for curriculum, cutting edge content, business support, and just plain professionalism. Dr. Sal Aria and Dr. Fred Hatfield are both still knee-deep in the industry and they are 2 of the founders of the ISSA.

I was told that ACE American Counsel on Exercise is one of the best certifications to get. Do different certifications have to do with the region you live in or do they teach differently? Are some more technical than others?

www-IFA-FITNESS.com is okay for an online certifying agency. 9 out of 10 gyms in my area accept this certification.
