Have any of you heard of Dr. Berardi? I have used his Precision Nutrition program with many of my clients and have had great success with it. Anyway, if you want to try it...here is a quiz that will introduce you to the program. I usually have my clients complete the quiz before we decide if this program is right for them.

Let me know what you think!

Honestly Glen, it is one of the best investments I have ever made. I never understood how people could spend hundreds of dollars, month after month on wacky fitness devices and supplements yet be so scared of spending a hundred bucks on a package that you can learn from and apply for the rest of your life.

The whole package comes with a book / binder outlining the entire plan. 2 DVD's the provide lots of useful information (e.g. John takes a client shopping and then prepares a weeks worth of healthy meals in under an hour), John's amazing gourmet nutrition cookbook, 2 audio CD's summarizing the plan and providing additional info, and best of all, access to his percision nutrition online forum that he and his staff contribute to daily (they usually answer your personal questions as well)
