Hi there,
I am a trainer from the UK and I'm interested in hearing from anybody who is using or has prescribed the Metabolic Typing Diet.
Myself and my wife are about to take the questionnnaire and try it out. If I find it easy to use and it lives up to what it says in the book then I will do a Metabolic Typing course.
Does anyone have any experience in this field? I'd be interested to hear from you all.
