Hey, for a client who is considerably fit but wants to loose weight, tone up and get abit stronger, would this be a suitable program or should i make any changes??
1) step up with weight and arm raises
2) plank/hover
3) Crab shuffles
4) upright row with body
5) knee high
6) shuttle run + pushup
7) lat pull down with thera band superset with seated row with thera band
burpees
9) throw with med ball while lying on bosu ball
MAKE IT FAST HIGH INTENSITY WITH 3-4 SETS AND 8-12 REPS
Its not set out in exact order i mean i wouldnt give a core exercise second but are the exercises selected suitable?? |
